I prioritize providing advice and services to individuals and teams leading real and meaningful change at companies, civil society organizations, and other partners. 

I typically provide service in my own capacity and don’t outsource work to other employees or contractors. Where a project requires a broader team-based approach I work via BSR or partner with other like-minded organizations.

While most of my time is spent with companies, I also seek opportunities to work with multi-stakeholder initiatives, civil society organizations, and foundations seeking to advance the field of just and sustainable business. 

I am also interested in unconventional ideas and opportunities with a just and sustainable business connection, especially in the areas of film, sport, and written communications.

I do not believe in “off the shelf” services and tailor my approach for every engagement. However, my work is often oriented towards the following:

• Human rights assessment

• Human rights policy

• Materiality and salience assessment

• Reporting and disclosure, including report writing

• Strategy development

• Stakeholder engagement

• Review, analysis, and informed decision making

• Preparation for compliance with laws, regulations, and standards for just and sustainable business

While not a trained coach, I am available for one-to-one thought partnership, collaboration, and co-conspiring. I am especially interested in opportunities that involve doing something that has never or rarely been done before.
